Join people of all ages from Oklahoma and beyond who come to run, walk or cycle to raise funds for needed ministries in Eswatini, Africa (formerly Swaziland) and in Bethany, Oklahoma! Though HIV is declining, Eswatini is still the country with the highest rate of HIV and TB in the world.
The Virtual Bike Ride provides an opportunity for cyclists to enjoy the fun of the Swazi 5K. You will have from Monday, September 9, at 8am until Sunday, September 15 at 8pm. Use Strava to record your miles. When you register, you will be given details on how to record and report your rides. This BFC Swazi virtual bike event has 2 ways of winning this year. This virtual bike event will be measured by minutes ridden & new this year distance. You could win in both categories if you post the longest time on the bike with the most miles ridden. Medals awarded Sept 21 at the annual Swazi 5K run.
You will be guaranteed a t-shirt in your size if you register by September 9. We have two different types of t-shirts: a regular tee or an athletic tee (the athletic tee is an additional $6).
